Welcome to Restaurant Rexdaelder! The beating heart of Hotel Ernst Sillem Hoeve. This is where all our guests gather to relax and enjoy the culinary cuisine of Chef Ronald Hansman and his team together. The restaurant owes its special name to the hotel’s rich history. Because the estate on which the Ernst Sillem Hoeve is located was purchased in 1694 for a sum of only 100 rexdaelders!

Our business guests are treated to a sumptuous, surprising lunch in the Rexdaelder restaurant during their meeting, including live cooking. Compose your own salad at the cool-spot buffet or go to the open kitchen for a hot dish prepared for you on the spot. In the evening, enjoy a culinary 3-course à la carte dinner in the package followed by various desserts from the Cool-Spot. Before dinner, there is the opportunity for an aperitif or a drink in Bar Rexdaelder, where you can enjoy your company by the fireplace. Naturally, the chef and his team also prepare tailor-made lunches, dinners and buffets on request.
For our hotel guests, we have an attractive lunch and dinner menu. This menu is carefully compiled by the kitchen team and changes dishes regularly, so you will always be surprised with new dishes.

With a fantastic view of the green garden and park surrounding the hotel, you will fully relax here and enjoy the suggestions from our menu. When the weather does not allow it, you are welcome to visit Bar Rexdaelder. With snacks and drinks by the fireplace or a pre-dinner aperitif. Time to unwind and enjoy the moment together!
