Restaurant Rexdaelder distinguishes itself with its delicious lunch and dinner in green surroundings, near Lage Vuursche. Because of the view of the beautiful greenery of the garden and the tall windows, the restaurant makes you feel like you are eating outside on the terrace. Besides the beautiful view of the garden, interaction between staff and guests is key.
Live cooking
Restaurant Rexdaelder is one of the few conference hotels with an à la carte conference menu where meeting guests can choose from 6 starters, 6 main courses and a dessert buffet. Here, a variety of small desserts will be presented at the Cool-Spot buffet. This same Cool-Spot buffet is used as a salad bar during lunch. There is a Live Cooking lunch buffet where hot dishes and sandwiches are prepared on the spot and to order.
Sunday
On Sundays, excluding holidays and school holidays, the restaurant is closed for lunch and dinner. At the bar, we serve dishes from the small Sunday menu. For business groups, ask the Reservations Department about the possibilities.

Less waste
In our kitchen, we work according to the “less waste concept”. In doing so, we aim to throw away and waste as little food as possible, for example by using all parts of a product in our dishes. The aim is to have as little stock as possible and buy in a very targeted way. At the conference lunch, we mainly work with single-serving dishes instead of trays of salads and platters of cheese and cold cuts. We do this to have our guests make a conscious choice, thus reducing waste. We work with local, fresh products. Dietary requirements are also becoming increasingly important. Restaurant Rexdaelder aims to respond to guests’ wishes and needs as much as possible, even last minute. No is not an option.
Our menu
Restaurant Rexdaelder has a European menu with Asian influences. Chef Ronald Hansman and his kitchen brigade have put tasty dishes on the menu for you. Do you have dietary requirements? Let us know. We are happy to advise you!
